Refund & Return Policy

Since most of our products are custom-made or printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The wrong item was delivered
• The product is damaged during delivery
• The product has a manufacturing defect

To qualify for a return or replacement:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• A clear unboxing video is required as proof
• Product must be unused and in original condition

The following items are non-returnable:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products ordered in the wrong size by the customer
• Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
• Discounted or sale items

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–7 business days

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once the printing or customization process has started, cancellations are not allowed.

Charulata is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier partners
• Weather conditions
• Festivals or public holidays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
